Two points of no use to anyone, I'm sure:
1. Missoula Public Library's MySpace page, here, almost very nearly made me sign up and join MS. (Of special note: under "Who I'd Like To Meet" section.... Answer: "All the readers in Missoula".) But then I just couldn't bring myself to do it. Feigned moral opposition and all. Intriguing page, however. Can't figure out what their profile picture is supposed to be of, though. I just don't see it. Also, signed up for a lib card today to check out Rilke's poetry and Brave New World. I'm thinking of teaching Huxley, for the dystopic view of technology. But I'm not sure if there's enough information to support that discussion. I'm just now rereading BNW to give it a try.
2. I've been catching up on an old season of Family Guy on DVD. And I can't shake Stewie's voice. Creepy. Genius show, though. The Will-Ferrell-as-Knight episode = favorite thus far.
What I can't stop reading: anything from EW.com
What I have on repeat: "How to Disappear Completely" by Radiohead
When I will be starting a real job: 2 weeks and counting.
